Abstract

The article studies the cases of 235 people killed in traffic accidents form the point of view of forensic medicine. For most drivers and pedestrians, it was necessary to determine blood alcohol content, mechanism of injuries, the relationship between the accident and fatality, type of injuries and cause of death. Driver's or pedestrian's sickness has been taken into consideration only occasionally as a possible cause of an accident. It also points to some negligences in medical records.
