Abstract

By involving managers of other departments in a cross-functional team to address the many and varied problems involved in dealing with workplace violence, the author is able to report more efficient management of the prevention process, expanded program oversight without the commitment of additional resources, and a well-balanced solution approach to the causes and outcomes of workplace violence incidents.
