Abstract

This paper presents four mathematical models to evaluate the reliability of redundant systems with critical human error. Equations for system reliability, state probabilities and mean time to failure are developed. The effect of critical human error on system reliability, steady state availability and mean time to failure is studied for all the mathematical models.
