Abstract

With the rapid development of China's highway engineering construction, the engineering safety in production is not optimistic. This paper mainly discusses the core concept of safety culture and its specific implementation. The establishments of the core concept of safety culture can enhance the workers' safety awareness and effectively reduce risks and accidents.
