Abstract

Two cases of multiple fractures of the primary molars caused by injuries to the chin are presented. Clinical and radiographic examinations revealed a vertical fracture line in the maxillary and mandibular primary molars. Pulpotomy or pulpectomy treatment was performed on the affected teeth, which were then restored with preformed stainless steel crowns.
