Abstract

The authors present the sanitary problem that the design drugs outline in the current momento. For they revise it the effects of the same on the synapse of the SNC and on the neurotransmitters, especially on the serotoninergic, dopaminergic, noradrenergic and opioid systems, as well as the excitation aspartate and glutamate. On this base they establish the mechanisms of the neurotoxicity.
