Abstract

Today more public attention are paid to the violent attacks upon women all over the world. Because a number of women are battered, raped, stalked or murdered by a current or former male partner. It is no doubt that these violent acts are crimes and infringement of women's rights. To prevent the harm of domestic violence (DV), "Law for the prevention of spousal violence and the protection of victims" were established in 2001. However, this law has much to be considered. In treating "Intervention program", we should examine this program carefully. It is necessary that the government make efforts to resolve such violence collaborating with private sectors in a region immediately.
