Abstract

In Oregon, Planned Parenthood and a group of physicians who perform abortions have filed a civil suit against several anti-abortion groups individuals. The suit seeks $200 million in damages and an injunction to bar the defendants from posting information on the Internet that threatens the lives and well-being of the plaintiffs. One such anti-abortion World Wide Web site targets 225 physicians who provide abortions.
