Abstract

This report describes the development and operation of the Singapore safety driving center (SSDC), and governmental cooperation between Singapore and Japan for an adequate technology transfer. Introducing a new driver training method adapted from Japanese know-how, accidents caused by motorcyclists have been significantly reduced.
