Abstract

The author describes the main lines of a comprehensive program conceived for violent young people who are immature, psychopathic or delinquent. The program comprises three components : sanctioning of destructive acts; providing understanding of the young person through the quality of a positive daily relationship, therapeutic dialogue and, if necessary, cognitive changes and medication; providing support for the family and others who interact with the young person.
