Abstract

This article discusses how the local police officers in small communities are usually the only persons concerned with traffic. They have a major responsibility to ensure that traffic moves freely and safely. Fortunately, the police have an excellent method of enforcing this goal, and that is considered to be traffic law enforcement. Efficient and uniform enforcement of traffic law is the primary method for reducing accidents and for keeping traffic moving freely.
