Abstract

The Jamestown Festival celebrates the 350th anniversary of the settlement of Jamestown. Plans of considerable magnitude were laid for the celebration and many were concerned about the traffic problems the event would create. This article discussed the methods used in the traffic study conducted to help ease congestion during the festival.
