Abstract

If telepathy exists and if known physical processes are used, the communication of thoughts must be done by electromagnetic waves, for no other means will give noticeable effects at great distances. It is known from experiments that organisms produce and control electrical energy, and the natural suggestion is that telepathy by means of electromagnetic waves is possible.
