Abstract

"A study was undertaken to determine the relationship between F-scale scores and leadership status among officer indoctrinees. The major hypothesis was that there would be a significant positive relationship between scores on a measure of authoritarianism and leadership acceptance by peers in a military setting . . ... Correlational and chi-square analysis tested the hypothesis and indicated a significant negative relationship between authoritarianism and leadership." 22 references.
