Abstract

The frequency and seriousness of cervical vertebral medullary lesions have increased with industrialization, traffic growth and the quicker pace of modern life. Traffic accidents are the main cause of lethal and non-lethal cervical lesions, the most frequent cause of these injuries being whiplash.
