All groups were administered Wechsler Memory Scale, Benton visual Retention, Dailler Cancellation, Smith Digit Symbol and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test. The data were analyzed using the statistics of analysis of variance and Tucky Test. Results:: The findings showed that in the most of the neuropsychological tests there was a significant difference between the blast injured group and freed prisoner of war affected by Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Conclusion:: it seems necessary to modify the treatment methods of blast injured soldiers.
