Abstract

This paper focuses on homicide incidents where the offender used a firearm to kill the victim. It identifies patterns and trends in firearm homicide incidents in Australia and seeks to determine the extent to which homicide incidents involving firearmsdiffer in any significant respect from other homicide incidents.
