Abstract

One home care agency's staff identified community needs and developed three pediatric programs to address those needs. The programs include case management, a respite program, and parent education to prevent child abuse or neglect. All programs strengthen the families and thus the community this agency serves and are thus good examples of an agency's use of all resources at hand.
