Abstract

Those involved in activity programs recognize the value of a good activity program. The challenge is to communicate this to other members of the health care team, and the community, in order that their PERCEIVED value of such a program will be more accurate. This session was designed to help the participants recognize the problem and develop a plan of action lo enhance their status in the health care community and their own facility. The ses- sion combined lecture and audience participation. Worksheets were provided for each participant.
