Abstract

This article describes the planning, organizing, promoting, conducting, and evaluating of a support group at work to provide "Information and Guidance on Aging Parents." It covers the topics addressed; the methods of setting group priorities, communicating information, and eliciting participation; and the evolution of the group in terms of composition and perceived needs.
