Abstract

The polytraumatism is a complex term. According to Szanto it comprises disorders which interact negatively. Thus diagnosis is complicated and prognosis impared. The optimisation of the methods of treatment is especially problematic and the moment of their most favourable application very difficult. The results of adequate methods are represented.
