N2  - This clinical case concerns the therapeutic treatment carried out by the S.D.S.M. of USL VT/l in consequence of a suicide attempt made by a 27 years woman. The choice of this case comes from its own interest and the thoughts it suggests about some directions concerning the taking care and the validity of a careful treatment timeliness (characterized by specific care phases) in accordance with the patient disease evolving. We want, besides, to put in evidence the following care phases: 1 - the consultation in 'crisis' phase; 2 - the diagnostic guidance together with a specific therapeutic model indication; 3 - the psychotherapeutical treatment.<p /> <p>Language: it</p>
