N2  - We sought to reconstruct the case of an elderly patient who made a suicide attempt. We have isolated and identified certain risk factors which could have determined the patient’s final decision, such as chronic pain, social isolation, narcissistic personality traits, depression and family suicidality. We analyze the difficulties and limitations found in the current treatment of these patients, with an aim to raise greater interest in the research and treatment of them.<p /> <p>Language: es</p>
