N2  - The comparative analysis of schemes of therapy of psychomotor excitement at patients with paranoid schizophrenia with not suicide autoaggression is carried out. Higher efficiency and safety of schemes of the treatment providing adjyuvantny appointment phenazepam, in comparison with therapy by exclusively antipsychotic preparations is shown. Inclusion in the combined therapy of a tranquilizer (phenazepam) conducts to fuller reduction not only actually psychomotor excitement, but also others to manifestations of a psykhopatic-like syndrome at this group of persons.<p /> <p>Language: ru</p>
