N2  - In order to improve the efficiency of China′s railway safety supervision, standardize the railway safety supervision behaviors and ensures the railway safety operation, status quo of railway safety supervision in China, the United States and Japan were studied from aspects of railway safety supervision system, railway legislation, law enforcement team construction and so on. Based on analysis of causes of China′s railway safety supervision problems and the advanced experience abroad, suggestions such as improved the railway safety regulation system, established a scientific supervision system, increased the intensity of accident investigation and accounted was put forward. The results show that there are some problems in our railway safety supervision such as lagging regulations, uncoordinated systems, and low performance efficiency and so on. While foreign railways have established a relatively complete supervision system and achieved practical results in safety supervision through legislation. Learning from foreign experience is helpful to improve China′s railway safety supervision level. © 2019 China Safety Science Journal<p /> <p>Language: zh</p>
