In this research, human behavior is analyzed by using the floating car data and the power consumption data. On the basis of the results, we propose a new method of optimal energy management of vehicles for the electric power of society and houses. It is confirmed that the amount of electric energy by proposed method is one fifth less than those of non-charging management.
