Data from the Regional Disaster Management Agency for South Sulawesi Province for victims who drown each year increases. This tool was designed and made to assist beach officers in maintaining the safety of Anging Mammiri beach and minimizing the occurrence of drowning victims due to natural disasters and human error. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE model. The design of this tool is carried out in 5 (five) stages, namely: analyzing the needs of the robot, determining the design of the robot, developing the robot, implementing the robot and evaluating the robot. As for what was tested in this robot trial were aircraft connections, camera connections, endurance, maneuverability, aerodynamics, flight duration or flight time and endurance tests with air. The results of the robot research function normally and are resistant to water. This robot is very helpful for beach officers to monitor the entire Anging Mammirir beach area remotely using a remote control. Keywords: Robot; Beach; Mammiri Wind === Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan robot berbasis Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (pesawat tanpa awak) sebagai penanggulangan bencana alam pantai Anging Mammiri. Data Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan untuk korban yang tenggelam tiap tahun meningkat. Alat ini dirancang dan dibuat untuk membantu petugas pantai dalam menjaga keamanan pantai Anging Mammiri dan meminimalkan terjadinya korban tenggelam akibar bencana alam dan human error. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Perancangan alat ini dilaksanakan dalam 5 (lima) tahapan, yaitu : analisis kebutuhan robot, menentukan desain robot, mengembangkan robot, implementasi robot dan evaluasi robot. Adapun yang diujikan dalam uji coba robot ini adalah koneksi pesawat, koneksi kamera, durability, manuver, aerodinamis, durasi terbang atau flight time dan uji ketahanan dengan air. Hasil penelitan robot berfungsi secara normal dan tahan terhadap air. Robot ini sangat membantu petugas pantai untuk memonitoring seluruh wilayah pantai Anging Mammirir dari jarak jauh menggunakan remote kontrol Kata Kunci: Robot; Pantai; Angin Mammiri
