In their paper they described the characteristics of these chronic callers, presented some case illustrations, and discussed possible approaches that a counselor might take with the chronic caller.     The present paper examines one chronic caller in greater detail, explores some of the approaches that the counselors have taken with the caller, what their reactions are to the caller, and how they affect the counseling process.<p />  <p>Language: en</p>
