N2  - The work consists of an investigation on the treatment of unauthorized dissemination of intimate images (better known as "revenge porn") around the world. Through the issue of "how is the regulation/treatment of non-consented dissemination of intimate content in other countries in the world?" Differences and similarities were mapped between the treatment of the problem in twenty-six countries, including Brazil, and the way in which institutions see and classify it. The analysis indicates a predominant trend of criminalization of conduct, and, at present The article, in addition to presenting these results, points out other ways/solutions of some countries for the issue that contemplate public policies.The systematization of the answers and their critical discussion is fundamental for the problem - which persists in different contexts - to be faced considering its complexity both from the point of view of gender relations and the guarantee of digital rights. Por meio da problemática "como se dá a regulação/tratamento da disseminação não consentida de conteúdo íntimo em outros países do mundo?" mapearam-se diferenças e semelhanças entre o tratamento do problema em vinte e seis países, incluindo o Brasil, e a forma como as instituições enxergam-no e classificam-no. A análise indica uma tendência predominante de criminalização da conduta, e, no presente artigo, além de apresentar tais resultados, apontamos outras vias/soluções de alguns países para a questão que contemplam políticas públicas. A sistematização das respostas e sua discussão crítica faz-se fundamental para que o problema - que persiste em diferentes contextos - seja enfrentado considerando sua complexidade tanto do ponto de vista das relações de gênero quanto da garantia dos direitos digitais.<p /> <p>Language: pt</p>
