N2  - Even though Japanese society currently has many kinds of approaches for disaster risk reduction  (DRR) education based on lessons learnt from previous disasters, there are few theoretical studies  on the ethical basis regarding DRR education. Therefore, this paper focuses on the necessity of  DRR education through theoretical examination of "ethical fiction" derived from the viewpoint of  the contingency. As a result, it found that DRR practices necessarily had the advantage in the sense  that they had potentiality to create the future unintentionally owing to a struggle with both the contingency and the unknown.     ===    日本社会では今、多種多様な防災教育がおこなわれており、まさに活況を呈しているかに  見える。しかしこれは、間歇的に盛り上がりをみせる単なる社会の要請に過ぎず、喉元を  過ぎればすぐに停滞してしまう危険性もある。こうした情況をふまえたときに、われわれ  はなぜ防災教育に注力するのか、その根拠を理論的に探究しておく必要がある。そこで本  研究では、偶有性に根拠をもつ「倫理の虚構性」に限界や制約をみるのではなく、偶有性  を倫理の土台に据えることによって防災教育実践のアドバンテージを見出す理論構築をお  こなった。さらに、未定の価値を生み出すポテンシャリティを孕んだ防災教育実践こそが、  まずもって現前の取り組み自体を賦活し、防災教育以上の価値あるアクションとなり得る  ことを示した。そしてさいごに、合理性・効率性を重視する道具主義的な防災教育観を超    © 2020 Japanese Society of Disaster Education<p />  <p>Language: ja</p>
