N2  - Eighteen-year-old restrained male driver involved in a flip over motor vehicle accident resulting in a seatbelt injury triad ( rectus abdominis muscle disruption, injury to the sigmoid colon and infra-renal aortic dissection). The patient did well after the surgical resection of the sigmoid colon, repair of the rectus abdominis muscle and endovascular repair of the aorta.
