N2  - The present study is based on emotional intelligence and juvenile delinquency of a child which fertile to procure and deliver a crime in the society. A man is not born criminal but the surrounding circumstances build the man to commit a crime. Different factors like parent child relationship, education, surroundings and standard of living are the few reasons for the juvenile delinquency. The behavioral changes of a juvenile also depend on its physical and mental status.
