N2  - Recently collected data on the reliability and validity of Rokeach's Dogmatism Scale are reviewed. Test-retest reliability coefficients for the scale obtained by the authors are compared with those cited by Rokeach. Reliability is shown to be about the same for high dogmatics as for low dogmatics. The construct of dogmatism is shown to be supported by validity data resulting from experimental-observational studies of individual behavior and group processes.<p /> <p>Language: en</p>
