N2  - OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze the clinical data of tetramine poisoning in a family and prevent similar incidents from happening again. <br><br>METHODS: The study was conducted in July 2016 in a fami-ly with thiamine poisoning in shandong province, and the clinical data were analyzed. <br><br>RESULTS: In this case, there are six cases of poisoning caused by the tetramine poisoning, and the convulsions are the main clinical manifestations, and the blood perfusion can have a good effect on the severe patients. After positive treatment, all 6 patients were cured. <br><br>CONCLUSIONS: The tetramine poisoning can cause severe convulsion, although the country has banned the production and use of it, the tetramine poisoning case still exist and cannot be ignored.<p />  <p>Language: zh</p>  目的： 对一起家庭毒鼠强中毒事件进行调查并分析临床资料，防止类似事件再次发生。 方法： 对2016年7月发生在山东某地的一起家庭毒鼠强事件进行调查，并对毒鼠强中毒患者的临床资料进行分析。 结果： 此次因误服毒鼠强引起的中毒事件共有6人发病，抽搐是其主要临床表现，血液灌流对重症患者具有较好的疗效。经过积极治疗，6人均治愈。 结论： 毒鼠强中毒可以引起剧烈抽搐，虽然禁用，当前仍然有毒鼠强中毒病例的发生，不容忽视。.<p />  <p>Language: zh</p>
