N2  - The vertical realization of the criminal policy of violence is divided into two stages: the criminal policy legislation and the criminal policy judicature process. The former process should reflect on the legislative basis and the public opinion guidance of "strike hard" legislation, and turn to guide the future legislation. On the basis of sticking to the principle of legality of punishment, the process should limit the trend of the legislation of widening the criminalization.
