N2  - In criminal law,the crime of robbery and rape is described as " violence", " coercion" and " other methods". Because of the different of legal basis and system situation,the same words lead to various meanings.In a short,the violence of robbery can include deprivation of life behavior,which the violence of rape can't; the targets of violence are different too; the coercion of robbery is limited in violence,the coercion if rape doesn't have this limitation; if the victim did not know or dare to resist,the reason is different in two crimes.<p />  <p>Language: zh</p>
