N2  - Terrorist information online is the product of terrorism and network, which is closely integrated with each other. Currently, it is also one of the network governance problems in the world. By discussing the causes and connotation of terrorist information online, this paper clarifies the structure of terrorist information dissemination from the aspects of communication subject, communication content, means of communication and communication effect. By taking a violence threat online in Philadelphia, USA in October 2015 for example, this paper studies the counter measures of terrorist information online in USA. Furthermore, it also analyses the development and management of terrorist in our country now and provides a useful reference for our government in network governance. <p />  <p>Language: zh</p>
