This fragility can depend on the body side as well as the social aspect: the effects of discrimination are identical. To react to a situation of injustice less and less tolerable, the biolaw touches -as in general the right, if it has a meaning and a specific function, and is not reduced to mere legitimization of the balance of forces or interest of the individuals or the groups better organized and represented- defend the fragility of all violence in the name of equality among human beings which depend on the universal condition of vulnerability, held in its positive aspects by philosophers such as MacIntyre and Nussbaum and many literary geniuses of all times.
