N2  - Das Anliegen der vorliegenden Stellungnahme der Sektion Verkehrspsychologie im Bund Deutscher Psychologen (BDP) zur Qualitaetssicherung der verkehrspsychologischen Beratung beinhaltet eine Einordnung der verkehrspsychologischen Beratung als eigenstaendige Massnahme innerhalb des Strassenverkehrsrechts, eine Diskussion wesentlicher Aussagen des Beitrags von P. Brieler (ITRD-Nummer D358365) sowie die Ableitung von Konsequenzen fuer eine zukuenftige Gesetzgebung. (A) ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: This contribution of the section "traffic psychology", a division in the Association of German Professional Psychologists, presents a statement on quality management for "traffic-psychological counselling". This short term treatment is regulated in the demerit point system of the German traffic law and allows reducing of two points to prevent suspending of the driving license. Nearly 470 traffic psychologists in Germany are admitted to this treatment by the section. The contribution discusses actual problems and guidelines for future legislation.<p /> <p>Language: de</p>
