N2  - This article discusses the findings from crash tests involving a moving motorcycle colliding with a stationary motor vehicle, conducted by the California Association of Accident Reconstruction Specialists. Twenty-five motorcycles were tested and eight passenger cars were used as targets. The test location, delivery system, test setup, forensic mapping, vehicles and test results are described in the article. The authors suggests that the datasets significantly contribute to the knowledge base regarding motorcycle crash performance. (TRID)<p />
