Criminology, as a science, strengthened the idea called "feminine ideal", being, standard behaviors, considered "natural" and expected to women. One of the issues that drew most attention was sexuality, which created rough standards and prejudices that persists until nowadays. This is a reason for the women today, victims of trafficking in persons for sexual exploitation means, to be seen as aggressors and not worthy of a dignified and appropriate treatment.
