N2  - This study looked at data to investigate the etiology of academic chemistry-laboratory accidents in Colorado institutions of higher education. A second part of this study is an accident intervention study based on the etiological results from the first part, a discussion about the legal aspects of academic chemistry laboratory accidents, and some observations concerning laboratory accidents on the whole.<p />
