N2  - The author has found that (1) alcoholic psychoses are more common in patients weakened as a result of somatic diseases; (2) the use of home-made strong beverages more frequent in rural areas causes alcoholic psychoses; (3) alcoholic psychoses in patients with Stage III chronic alcoholism run a more severe course; (4) to prevent the development of alcoholic psychoses it is necessary that the treatment of alcoholics in narcological rooms of the central regional hospitals be started at the first stage of the disease.<p /> <p>Language: ru</p>
