N2  - A 27-year-old woman presented to our clinic with total incontinence. The reason of the incontinence was an injury of the urethra, caused by a genital piercing of the sexual partner. Reconstruction of the urethra and the bladder neck was performed 10 weeks after injury. Upon removal of the catheter 6 weeks after surgery, the patient was fully continent.<p /> <p>Language: de</p>
