N2  - The purpose of this article is to reflect upon how the gender and/or feminist perspectives have been incorporated into social action, an issue recently being tackled in Spain. By analyzing the care provided by the Comprehensive Care Service for female victims of gender violence in Andalusia, I shall identify issues such as adopting a feminist or gender perspective for social action, perpetuating or changing the gender imperatives of social resources, and so on.
