N2  - Interface Agent is a user interface, which integrates spoken language and character animation in a synchronized way. Thanks to its embodied representation, this interface has potential for communicating with human users effectively. This paper focuses on interface agent as a media technology that supports knowledge circulation process in information society, and discusses its functions and applicability to risk communication.
