The results of the research suggested that (1) about 30 to 50 percent of the respondents reported experiencing of personal violation in work place and about 10 percent cover-up of violation, about 20 percent blaming and avoiding injustice, (2) violation in work place are predicted by public self-consciousness and cognitive complexity.
