N2  - This paper examines clarifying about relation of the violation in place of work and the personality traits. five hundred and one employees randomly sampled in metropolitan area within 40km responded to our survey. The results of the research suggested that (1) about 30 to 50 percent of the respondents reported experiencing of personal violation in work place and about 10 percent cover-up of violation, about 20 percent blaming and avoiding injustice, (2) violation in work place are predicted by public self-consciousness and cognitive complexity.<p /> <p>Language: ja</p>
