N2  - The article studies traffic and social conditions in Croatia with regard to road traffic accidents involving drunk drivers. It reviews a nine-year period. The statistical data are correlated with respective statistics of the Socialist Republic of Croatia. A survey is presented of all traffic accidents causing fatalities and injuries to road users. The results are presented in a tabular form.<p />
