N2  - Adaptation of Advanced Dial?A?Ride with Time Windows (ADARTW) heuristic to scheduling of vehicles for pick up and delivery of eldery people is described in this paper. The effects of varying the maximum deviations from desired pick up and delivery times and maximum ride times on response rates are investigated. The interest in the system considered is to increase the response rate and keep the deviations and ride times at reasonable levels.<p />
