CASE REPORT: A former professional boxer presented dementia with no motor signs. The diagnostic discussion was based on clinical observations, and neuropsychological and supplementary explorations, and eliminated all other etiological hypotheses. DISCUSSION: This case draws attention to the possibility of cognitive disorders without motor impairment in the neurological complications of boxing.
